Picked up my stepdaughter and my birthday cake. It was very good. Just what my wife ordered. I give it 5 stars.

Got my birthday cake here and it was everything I imagined. I got white frosting vanilla. No buttercream for me. I also gained weight eating this cake lol 😋😋 all those flowers will make you fat but so good. Time to go on a diet now 😂

Spoke with a few other people and found out we are not the only ones to have a problem with this bakery. We ordered a wedding cake and cupcakes and the problem started after calling to let them know we were on our way the lady on the phone seemed confused and said well they won’t be ready until Saturday. After some checking she was able to find out that it was actually ready. Fast forward. After checking out the cupcakes we found that it was not the correct frosting or color!!! We live 40 miles away. The bakery’s solution??? $17 off our nearly $300 order. Will not be returning due to their customer service only.

Best sugar cookies I ever had. I have been buying from Olde Towne Bakery for years and was never disappointed. They make cakes and donuts that look delicious but I always end up getting cookies.

5 stars all over! The cake we had for a baby shower was perfect in taste, texture, and appearance. The young ladies who took my order were knowledgable and helpful. I could not have done better with any other bakery!

Apparently this place has been around "forever". Discovered it over Christmas when someone brought in their sugar cookies at work. So delicious! Hard to stop at just one. I got a German chocolate cupcake for someone who is very particular about his German chocolate cake and he said it was good. So many goodies available, I will definitely be going back.

This is THE place to go for special cakes. They have a printer that can "print" photos on the cake. Their cookies and pastries are fantastic.

Great food. Great service. For a celebration their cookies are recommended because the cookies are good and if you have a kid they can take it to school as a birthday snack. The atmosphere was good. The cookies are soft and are better than cupcakes because you don't have to buy both vanilla and chocolate for the picky ones that have to have a specific kind of cupcake.

Hands down best frosted sugar cookies. Best everything in my opinion. Customer service could be better though. They make beautiful cakes.

Everything here is amazing! You can get anything from their reeces peanut butter cookies to their out of the world eclairs. A must stop for any out of towner.

This place was so cute! I walked in and it was like walking into a real life Pinterest board. Bonus- EEEEEEVERYTHING we purchased was super yummy. I wish I got our attendants name, she was very kind with her suggestions and even gave us free cookies to taste! 10/10 will be coming here every time I visit the Q.C.👏

Ordered a cake, cake did not have chocolate frosting as ordered. They offered to redo but I live 25 miles away. Gave me $2 off $22 cake. Cake was dry. Just not impressed overall for the cost. They do make good cookies.

Ordered a wedding cake from them which my hubby to be promptly did not transport properly. Fell over. One job..*headshake* Long story short they were able to make a beautiful small cake with the same theme we could cut for photo purposes. I know they were pressed for time but really worked hard in order to make our day special

Can find a better donut, sugar cookie, cake, in town definitely should open a bigger and better location spot and should be open longer I would rate it a 4 based on that but their stuff is so good

We typically buy their sugar cookies for our kids' birthdays to take to school and they've always been a hit. They're affordable and delicious. They've got a lot of things they can do for your decorated pastry needs. Definitely worth trying out.

Absolutely adore this place. If you got a minuteand a sweet tooth stop and check them out. I promise you won't regret it.

I gave 3 stars because even though a couple of items are very good, there are a couple of items like cakes that were only a little better than a grocery store but they are priced like a good bakery. It probably gets great reviews because most people have never been to an exceptional bakery.

My daughter begged to have her birthday cookies to take to school here! Apparently some other kids in the class have brought them before. So I agreed. After reading all the posts, they all raved about the sugar cookies so I was glad I ordered them and I was not disappointed! They were soooo yummy! Great job guys!

I went to pickup a birthday cake I ordered on Thursday, I wanted to use my debit card to purchase it, but couldn't... Old Town had bad internet connection. I was told to run to Walgreen's to get cash, I was already running behind, after waiting for some time for them to continue running my card to check for internet connection. The young girl that was assisting me, was very unpleasant.🙃 I also wanted to purchase some fun sugar cookies for our birthday party, all they had to offer was a full case of white frosted sugar cookies, no design's or decorating on them.🙃The plus side: The cake I orderd was delicious and was decorated very nice👍🙂

The younger girls working need to relax a little. Might improve their attitudes. They are ALWAYS rude. Seen newer faces, but still same non warm and fuzzy greetings.

I love this place!!! I'd never go anywhere else for cakes or cookies! Their taste is impeccable!!!

My son loves the stencil cookies, so I bought 26 of them. The customer service is such trash and always has been. From phone etiquette to lack of eye contact, rushed in-store service, handling of the product....even angrily giving change. Only reason I come back is to make him happy, otherwise I would support Hyvee bakery which never disappoints.
